PRICING
All quoted prices are approximations and subject to adjustment. Clients acknowledge that the final price may vary by up to 15%, accounting for factors such as increased material costs. Additionally, clients commit to covering all supplementary expenses, up to 15% of the initially estimated price, prior to the scheduled pick-up or shipment.
COMPLETION DATE
The specified completion date is firm and not subject to negotiation or adjustment. Requests to expedite the date are not accommodated. In the event of a missed fitting, the client's order will be relegated to the end of the production queue. The completion date is contingent upon factors beyond my control, including but not limited to requested design alterations and unanticipated delays such as material shortages or adverse weather conditions.
FITTING SCHEDULE
Upon placement of an order, a fitting schedule will be provided for your convenience. Failure to attend any of the scheduled fittings may lead to considerable delays in the final completion date. Should a fitting be missed more than once, an additional fee of $150 per missed fitting will be imposed, and payment must be remitted prior to the rescheduling of a new fitting date.
DEPOSITS / PAYMENTS
A deposit amounting to 50% (Fifty Percent) of the estimated price for the selected fur service is mandatory and must be settled before the commencement of any work. In cases where fittings are necessary, 25% of the estimated price is due at the first fitting, with the remaining 25% to be paid at the final fitting. For all other orders, the remaining 50% is required upon completion. It is imperative to note that no orders will be released until full payment is received, with no exceptions.
Specifically, services related to restyling, industrial design, and custom clothing design entail a non-refundable estimate fee of $70, payable before any estimating work begins. Should the Buyer choose to proceed with the service, this fee will be deducted from the final estimated price.
For all other services such as cleaning, appraisals, consultations, and instructions/classes, 100% payment in full is mandatory before any work is initiated. Orders are fulfilled strictly in the order they are received, adhering to a no-exceptions policy.
It is important to highlight that an order can be canceled only if no deposit has been made. Once a deposit is submitted, orders become non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-cancelable.
SHIPPING
All shipping charges are the exclusive responsibility of the customer, and no exceptions will be entertained. In adherence to our established policy, payment for shipping must be completed in advance of the order shipment. This ensures a streamlined and efficient process, allowing for the timely dispatch of your order. It is imperative to note that the release of orders is contingent upon the prompt settlement of shipping charges.
